Murray Bell
Murray brings three decades of business experience as a senior leader and CEO across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Working in commercial property, with a predominant focus in shopping malls, Murray has driven strategy, organizational leadership, succession planning, business management and operational efficiency across globally listed and unlisted corporations and small private business.
In senior leadership positions at AMP Capital Shopping Centres and Lend Lease Retail Murray was involved with change management incorporating formulation of strategy, communication of future direction and implementation of this new direction including business efficiency, culture, organisational management and process improvement.
Murray also has experience running cross cultural businesses as CEO for Al Futtaim Group in Dubai, Lippo Shopping Malls in Indonesia and Intergen Property Group in Sydney. This entailed leading and managing all aspects of these businesses incorporating strategy, business development, development, business operations, marketing, HR and finance.
Approach
As a mentor, Murray has a passion to listen deeply to what is important to the person he is sitting with. In this to be a sounding board, confidante, sharer of relevant stories, support crew and tough question asker as the person chooses their future direction and decisions they make.

Murray has a Bachelor of Art, University of Sydney, Level 1 Certificate of Executive coaching from IECL and has completed Foundation of Directorship, Australian Institute of Company Directors.
