Greg is a Counselling Psychologist with a Masters in Counselling Psychology. He has been counselling since 1996, moving progressively more into corporate and leadership work over the last eight years to the present where his focus is entirely on leadership development, high performing teams and executive coaching. Greg is a sought after facilitator and coach with a track record of outstanding feedback and results.

Greg has worked with and achieved results with a range of organisations, industries and senior leadership teams in Australia including Woodside Energy, Worley Parsons, Calibre, DofSubsea, Chevron, Worley Parsons, Australian Bureau of Statistics, Care Options, Burswood, Bankwest, Water Corporation, AGC and XStrata.

Greg has a particular focus on assisting leaders create a culture or accountability and high performance. His expertise and knowledge is around building and developing a culture of accountability, leading high performing teams, and getting the most out of people to deliver the highest standards of work.

Greg works with senior and executive leaders assisting them to make shifts in the way they work, the way they think and the way they live their lives to become better leaders, colleagues and team members. Greg is passionate about seeing people reach their potential and as such deliberately challenges and probes to assist individuals and teams to maximise their potential.

Qualifications

A member of the Australian Psychological Society and the Australian Institute of Management, Greg has significant experience facilitating leadership programs in the resource industry in WA. He has detailed and successful experience with 360 tools, such as the LSI 1 & 2 and the BarOn EQ 360.
