“My coaching journey with Diana is fantastic. She’s a coach I can share in confidence, and I know that she goes all the way out to help me be a successful and effective leader. I learnt from her about leveraging my strengths and driving positive changes during organization transformations. Diana is able to clearly translate feedback on my leadership and help shape it further into my organisational contexts.

I learnt to stop/start/continue doing what is meaningful for my team and achieve several (small) wins in my organization transformation process. Even though we are half way through my coaching journey, I already received positive feedback from stakeholders on the visibility of my leadership changes.”

Senior VP, GLC, 2022

“It has been a pleasure having Diana as my coach. The biggest impact for me is clearing mental blockers which has earlier prevented me from opening up different avenues to my solutions. It is very helpful to have a coach to bounce ideas with, and her coaching tips and tools shared with me at appropriate times for me to apply and practice.”
