Pascaline is an experienced executive coach and team facilitator who has worked with managers and executives across a wide range of industries, including banking, manufacturing and the not-for-profit sector. Alongside her coaching work, Pascaline works as an accredited psychotherapist and teaches at the Australian College of Applied Psychology.
Before training as a coach and psychotherapist, Pascaline worked in the corporate sector for 15 years where she held senior management roles in finance and sales & marketing for large multinationals and SME’s. These included Price Waterhouse in Paris, and in Australia Coca-Cola Amatil and Sara Lee. During the technology boom, she was also General Manager of a small internet start-up in the video games sector.
Pascaline brings a unique blend of business and psychology to coaching and facilitation. This allows her to quickly comprehend the workplace environment and client challenges, while also appreciating the psychological and interpersonal dimensions.
She is especially interested in coaching and psychotherapy theories, and how these can be applied to help people change. She believes that the quality of the relationship between coach and client is central to successful coaching, and has published and presented papers on this topic. Her focus is to raise client’s self-awareness in order to enhance decision making, and to provide a structured approach within which change can happen.
Having lived in the USA, Europe and Australia (and being of a French background), Pascaline also brings an awareness to issues of culture and environment.
