During her career, Nancy has held a number of senior executive and management positions, including:

• Managing Director of Ambac Assurance Corporation
• Between 1997-2001, as Managing Director of ABN Amro Australia, and prior to this as a Divisional Director with AIDC Ltd for five years
• From the late 1980s until the early 1990s, Nancy was a Vice President with Citibank, working in both the Tokyo and Sydney offices
• Earlier roles included working as an Attorney/Consultant with Coopers & Lybrand in Tokyo and as a Corporate Attorney/Legal Consultant with Met Life (New York) in New York.

QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING:

• Juris Doctorate in Law, Seton Hall University
• Bachelor of Arts, Rutgers University.
