As a coach, Lucinda draws on her experience working with global organisations in national and regional positions in Europe, Asia and South Africa. These have provided her with great insight into the complexities and competencies required of today’s business leaders. Her approach to coaching is individual and holistic, designing coaching programs to specifically provide each individual with personal and professional growth.
With Stephenson Mansell Group, Lucinda coaches senior executives on strategic, leadership and relationship challenges across a broad range of industry and business sectors. Her coaching forms part of leadership programs to help individuals gain insight into how they behave in relation to team dynamics, and provides practical ways to leverage their strengths and potential as part of action learning.
In her role as Executive Coach with the Centre for Coaching (New Ventures West, USA), she has coached senior executives applying the rigorous processes and tools of integral coaching. In the specialist area of group/team coaching, Lucinda works to embed change and improve overall team effectiveness as part of culture change programs.
Lucinda’s executive experience includes Regional Marketing Director with Hewlett Packard Asia, where she had strategic marketing management responsibility for teams with diverse cultures and requirements across 11 different Asia Pacific countries.
Prior to Hewlett Packard, Lucinda worked as a Senior Consultant in the UK with Gemini Consulting, focused on change management, transformation, operational, supply chain and IT strategies for such companies as Reckitt & Coleman, Monsanto, Sears, British Rail and Roche. She also held senior marketing management roles with Campbell in the UK and Unilever Australia.
