Whether you’re already in a leadership role, or an aspiring leader of the future, this course is essential for your success.
This program is specifically designed to propel your leadership skills new heights and deliver powerful shifts in the way you communicate, the way you collaborate, and ultimately the way you lead.
Engage with a diverse group of female leaders as we explore contemporary leadership strategies, in a collaborative learning environment.
Enjoy two intensive workshop days as well as individual coaching, while you meet and network with female executives who are joining you on this leadership journey.
A unique aspect of this program is the reflection period between days 1 and 2, which allows you to absorb your leadership learnings, work with your coach, develop and master new skills and return refreshed for the second day of the course.
Perspectives on Leadership for Women is two full day programs and two individual coaching sessions which occur over 30 days, giving participants time to apply and be coached on their learning.
