Kip Frame joined the Stephenson Mansell Group as the Chief Executive Officer in January 2012.
Kip is an experienced executive who has worked in North America, Latin America, the UK, and across the Asia Pacific region. He has led or advised corporations in the IT, telecommunications, media, financial services, resources, healthcare, high-tech manufacturing, and consumer goods sectors.
Prior to joining Stephenson Mansell Group Kip was the Managing Partner for the Asia Pacific region with Axialent, a boutique international consulting firm supporting major corporations with leadership and culture. From being the 1st employee in Asia, Kip built a prominent business across the region, and the 2nd largest territory for Axialent. In the last 12 months he has led engagements with clients including AXA across the Asia region, PWC in Australia and Hong Kong, Standard & Poors, AMP, Mandiri Bank in Indonesia, Mediabrands in Japan, Microsoft in Australia and Asia, EMC, and Alcatel-Lucent.
Kip spent his early career in the Military. Upon leaving the Army, he moved to the UK, where he completed an MBA and an internship with Bain and Company. Kip returned to Australia in 1998 as the Business Development Manager at Ninemsn. During this time, Kip also complimented his MBA with modules of the Securities Institute of Australia’s Master’s in Applied Finance.
Kip has held roles as the Director of Strategy (Asia Pacific) for the management consulting business C-Bridge, and then with Telecom NZ as the Strategy Director of their Australian operations, and later as Marketing Director of their Business Channel. He also held the role of Principal at the Consulting Division of Fujitsu’s Australia & New Zealand business.
