B-ME Well-being Workshops – 2004 to date

Jennifer developed and facilitated the B-ME experiential program for groups of executives. B-ME involves ‘Breathing, Moving & Expression’, enabling executives to be more at ease with the demands of transition and change in their professional and private lives. By connecting with their inner strength and core values, participants increase their resilience, innovation and mindfulness leading to increased wellbeing and productivity.

Source International – 1998 to 2004

Jennifer worked as a senior consultant coach and trainer with this respected international group. Working with executives at all levels, she assisted them in creating focus and drive to achieve meaningful results in their personal and professional lives. The role involved stress management, life/work balance analysis, and performance management assessment and skills.

Redeployment Pty Ltd – 1985 to 1998

Jennifer was the founder of this corporate wellbeing practice. She was responsible for the design and delivery of wellbeing training/coaching for both individuals and groups. Applying stress management skills and life/work balance coaching, she saw measurable decreases in stress-related illnesses amongst her client base.
