RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

During his career James had held a number of senior executive management positions with major organisations in IT, finance and risk management.

Major responsibilities and achievements include the development of leadership teams, cultural change leadership, organisational design, the outsourcing of Commonwealth Bank’s IT business, the merging of three listed property trusts and capital raisings for various listed property trusts.

James has been Group General Manager – Information Technology at Grace Bros, Finance Director with GEC Australia and Chief Financial Officer with Lend Lease Property Investment Services Group.

He has also held a number of executive roles with Commonwealth Bank including, Chief Financial Officer of the Technology, Operations and Property arms and the Retail Bank, and Chief Risk Officer for the Wealth Management Division.
