Jacqui delivers one on one coaching for executives and high potentials for SMG’s clients as well as being accountable for the growth and profit of SMG’s offering across Australia. This includes key account management to ensure high quality delivery of its work for new and major clients, design, delivery and evaluation of leadership program & executive coaching initiatives, as well as 360 degree facilitation.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Jacqui is a highly respected Executive Coach and Client Manager, having coached leaders both internally via her HR roles and as an external coach, during since 2006. She coaches CEO’s through to high potential executives directly, also working closely with SMG’s HR& OD clients to scope and deliver seamless results in our leadership and coaching programs.
Prior to transitioning into coaching, Jacqui had a successful career in executive search, which led her into a line role leading the implementation and operation of Resourcing & Talent Management for Perpetual Ltd. This business was profitable in its first year despite oppositional challenge and team quickly gained a reputation for efficiency, tenacity and sourcing high quality employees across Perpetual, which in turn led to significant cost savings over the 3 years she led it.
Throughout her career, Jacqui has built a reputation for building enduring relationships based on trust and quality results. Many of her clients have followed her from role to role, including to SMG in 2010, and she continues to work with them today.
