WORKING WITH EYTAN UDOVICH:

“After my CEO challenged me to ‘step up to the next level’, I found myself wondering what did that exactly mean? I suggested I would benefit from a CEO Mentor and he suggested Stephenson Mansell.

I was fortunate to be paired with Eytan, who combines his extensive experience as a CEO, together with practicalities around navigating the boardroom, the politics and the personalities. Together we worked through a program of monthly meetings, investigating my interactions, decisions and the value I added to the CEO, the company and as a member of the Executive Team.

All my sessions with Eytan provided insight and perspective. I credit my mentoring experience with my achieving the step up my CEO required, which my CEO later acknowledged I had made.

I would recommend a mentoring program to anyone who is at a professional crossroad. I believe it provides the fast track to development that individuals cannot achieve on their own. It also allows the participant to spend real time focussing on their own development, resulting in anything that receives focus, gets results.” - Corporate Affairs Executive, ASX listed Insurance company.
