Coaching & Wellbeing

Leaders can give appropriate attention to the different components of their lives - work, home, community, the private self. This means better leaders with richer and more fulfilling lives – in turn, leading to greater productivity in the workplace.

The Business of Wellbeing:

Many executives operate with the belief that they need to make sacrifices in order to hold senior positions. We all understand that, at times, sacrifices do need to be made, but often they are not as necessary as we think.

In response to client needs, SMG has developed a module called “The Business of Wellbeing”.

Initially designed as a two-day residential program, it is module-based and sufficiently flexible to be unpacked and integrated into existing or tailored leadership programs.

This program is experiential in nature and is underpinned by the most contemporary research in the field of physical and mental wellbeing; at the same time, it is also pragmatic and down-to- earth, ensuring it resonates with corporate participants.

This program assists participants to understand the causes and impacts of stress, and to discover practical tools to intercept and manage it at work, in the home and for the self.

Facilitators and Coaches:

To deliver our wellbeing program, SMG has sourced and selected the most talented and experienced coaches and facilitators available. Our facilitators also offer coaching on a one-on-one basis.
