Sean O’Toole

Sean has 25 years’ experience in adult education and organisation development across government, corporate, vocational, higher education and not-for-profit sectors .

He has over 1,000 logged hours of coaching and has attained all three levels of the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership program. He has delivered over 7,500 hours as a facilitator on a variety of management and leadership subjects over the past 25 years.

He is a skilled communicator and innovative, creative problem solver which is grounded in practical philosophy and an understanding of the dynamics of human behaviour.

Approach

As a coach, Sean’s strengths are working with managers and leaders to build team dynamics and assist individuals realise and meet their potential. He is experienced in working with people from diverse backgrounds and people new to executive roles in all sectors.

Qualifications

Sean is a Churchill Fellow and was a Fulbright scholar in vocational education and training. He is the author of five books and more than 60 journal articles and conference presentations on adult learning and organisation development.

Sean is the father of two teenage musicians and has a keen interest in geo-politics, art, film, reading, the ocean and the outdoors.
