Richard has been an invaluable support throughout our coaching journey. His practical, well considered advice comes from his diverse career and life experiences and I feel I have grown positively across both my work and home life as a result of our coaching sessions.

Richard helped me to reframe some problems as opportunities rather than obstacles. He provides the feedback that I may not want to hear and others are not willing to say. Richard has helped me to become a better leader, partner, parent and friend.”
