WORKING WITH BRUCE McKAY:

“I have had a rewarding engagement with Bruce McKay over three years. He challenged me to objectively appraise where I was heading from both a professional and personal perspective and prompted me to consider alternative approaches to achieve the goals I set myself. Having worked in a range of senior positions, Bruce was able to offer practical insights and clearly explain how they could be applied based on his experience. Having access to a senior professional outside the day-to-day business provided a great developmental dimension, while the flexibility to customise the program allowed me to integrate it with company activities and internal training.
